Returns & Refunds

30-day returns

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered. Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with any seals intact. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

How to request a return

Email returns@beautyhillsus.com with your order number and the products you would like to return. Please wait for authorization and return instructions before sending anything back.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If we sent the wrong item or your item arrived damaged or defective, contact us so we can resolve the issue and cover any required return shipping. Please keep the packaging and provide photographs where possible.

Refunds

We will inspect your return and notify you whether it is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Original shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Opened products

Opened or used skincare products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Please contact us about damaged, defective, or incorrect items even if they have been opened.
